Cottage Lake Presbyterian Church invites all children to join us In this kid-friendly café full of chef's hats and aprons, pots and pans, checkered tablecloths, and chalkboard menus!
We’ll explore the Bible as a cookbook filled with recipes for living out God's word. Through interactive lessons that are easy for kids to apply to their lives today boys and girls will celebrate biblical festivals that reveal ingredients for being a follower of God.
Children ages 3 years through 3rd grade will love learning recipes and finding special ingredients from Chef Basil and his raccoon friend, Scraps. We’ll whip up lots of fun in our café as we learn to
Be ready for God,
Give happily to God,
Believe fully in Jesus,
Remember Jesus often, and
Celebrate God forever.
The fun begins Monday, July 25 , 9am—Noon and goes through Thursday, July 28. Each day, campers will gather as a group to learn a Bible message, make a craft, play some games, share a snack, watch Bible skits, and sing fun camp songs with their friends.
Food, Fun, Family!
At Cottage Lake Presbyterian Church, families sharing God’s love in community (and over a meal whenever possible) is a top priority. As part of the Shake it Up Café experience, CLPC invites all attending campers and their families and friends to join together as we wrap up our Vacation Bible Camp with a family celebration! In keeping with our café theme, we’ll be hosting a pasta dinner at the Church, Thursday, July 28, 5:30pm–8:00pm. Our VBC family nights are always loads of fun and sometimes have an extra-special surprise activity for the kids (Bouncy house again, perhaps?)
So be sure to mark your calendars!
CLPC invites everyone to Sunday worship at 10:00 am, July 31 at Cottage Lake Presbyterian Church with Pastor Scott Anthony. We will share camp songs and a slideshow of camp fun with each other and the CLPC congregation!
